Everything your team needs to run a managed service practice — service desk, CMDB, time billing, invoicing, quoting and direct accounting integration — in a single, focused tool.
Not yet open to the public · Early access places available
MSP Pulse is in active development and not yet generally available. We'd rather tell you that plainly than take your card details for something that isn't finished.
The core platform is built and running: service desk with SLA tracking, CMDB, time logging and the billing engine, invoicing with live Xero integration, quoting, knowledge base and the password vault. What we're finishing now is the security and remote-access layer, and the onboarding experience that gets a new practice running without hand-holding.
Before we open the doors we're taking on a small number of MSPs to work with directly — people who'll tell us what's wrong, influence what gets built next, and get the product on terms that reflect that contribution. If that sounds like you, the form below is the way in.
Design principles
Monolithic PSA platforms are built for enterprise IT departments and sold to everyone else. A small MSP ends up paying for hundreds of features it will never open — and, worse, navigating around them every single day.
So we took that 80% out. What's left has been refined to be aggressively functional: fewer screens, fewer clicks, no dead ends, and no module you have to learn before you can raise a ticket.
That isn't a gap in the roadmap — it's the deliberate shape of the product. It's also why it stays fast as it grows.
Most tools have bolted on a chat box that answers questions about the software. Ours sits inside the job. Open a ticket and it has already read it: it finds the runbook that solves this exact fault, spots the machine that isn't in your CMDB yet, and drafts the update to the customer in your words — one click to attach, one click to send.
It never saves or sends anything on its own. It prepares the work; you approve it. That rule is deliberate, and it doesn't bend.
Native means native: no AI tier, no per-message pricing, no separate vendor holding your client data.
Your clients' credentials and asset records are the crown jewels of every business you look after. So MSP Pulse can be run dark: with Secure Access switched on, your tenant's data has no public route to it at all. No login page for an attacker to find, no door on the internet to grind at.
Access comes from devices you have enrolled — and can revoke in seconds. A stolen password on an unenrolled laptop gets nowhere, because there is nowhere for it to go.
Everywhere else this is the enterprise tier, sold separately and configured by a consultant. Here it's built into the platform and included in the seat price.
Features
Stop stitching together five different tools. MSP Pulse covers the full service delivery workflow — and it's all in the one seat price.
Incidents and service requests with full status lifecycle, priority management, SLA tracking, and an email-to-ticket inbound queue.
Reads the ticket in front of you, surfaces the runbook that solves it, spots assets missing from your CMDB, and drafts the customer update. It prepares the work — you approve it.
Included — no AI tier, no per-message pricingTrack client hardware, software licences, cloud services, and network assets. Link CIs directly to tickets and agreements.
Client documentation, MSP-wide articles and step-by-step runbooks in one searchable system — not three modules that never quite join up. Linked to the tickets and assets they explain.
Log time against tickets with automatic billing classification — retainer, T&M, or non-billable — based on client agreements.
Generate invoices from unbilled time in one click, with per-line VAT, configurable numbering and customer PO numbers. Send as HTML email or branded PDF.
A live connection to Xero and QuickBooks Online — not a CSV drop. Your chart of accounts syncs across, tax codes map per line, and invoices post straight through with due dates and PO references intact.
Included — no bridging tool, no extra licenceBuild proposals with a product catalogue, send them for approval, and win them into tickets and tasks — no copy-paste.
Phases, tasks and milestones with staged billing. A won quote seeds the plan automatically, so delivery and invoicing stay in step.
Store client credentials encrypted at rest, with per-access audit logging. Reveal passwords only when needed.
Connect to a client machine from the ticket you are already in. Attended sessions from a one-click installer, unattended access to managed endpoints, and the device password injected from the vault so nobody has to type it.
In final testing — no separate remote-support licenceRun your tenant dark — no public route to your client data at all. Access comes only from devices you've enrolled, and any one of them can be revoked in seconds.
Included — not an enterprise upgradeWhy MSP Pulse
Not a generic helpdesk. Not a bloated PSA. MSP Pulse is opinionated about the right workflow.
Every record is scoped to a client. Billing agreements, contacts, CIs, and tickets stay properly separated.
Per-client retainer blocks, T&M rates, or mixed — the billing engine handles the logic automatically.
Accounting integration, the password vault, the knowledge base — all included. No add-on modules, no third-party connector to license and maintain.
Your support inbox becomes tickets automatically. Known contacts are matched; unknown senders assigned to a default client.
Standard, reduced, zero-rate, exempt, and reverse charge — all configurable per client and per line item.
No tiers and no "contact sales" for the thing you actually need. Every customer gets the whole product.
Everything included. One price.
